Service Availability

Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability. HoldenOps LLC intentionally maintains a limited client portfolio to ensure each homeowner receives exceptional service and personalized attention.

Service Agreements

All services are governed by a written Home Management Agreement outlining the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, and terms of engagement.

Vendor Services

Holden Ops LLC coordinates and oversees trusted third-party vendors on behalf of homeowners. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Holden Ops LLC is not the provider of licensed trade services such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or other specialty repairs.

Estimates

Any pricing or service information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. Final service recommendations and fees are determined following an initial consultation and property assessment.

Emergency Services

Emergency response coordination is available for active clients in accordance with the terms of their individual management agreement.
